I did competitive gymnastics from the age of 6, then at the age of 18 I chose modern dance teaching as my profession and actively worked as a dance teacher, choreographer and group leader for many years.

 

I started teaching my flexibility program after several months of multi-level professional testing process and numerous professional consultations, and since then, in addition to continuous improvements, my students and I enjoy the training full of success and muscle fever.
